CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Reservation Cancellation:
    • If the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the reservation date, the full payment will be refunded.
    • If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the reservation date, the first-night fee will be deducted.
    • If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the check-in date, no refund will be issued.
  2. Early Check-out:
    • If the BUYER decides to shorten the stay, no refund will be given for the unused nights.
  3. Change Requests:
    • Reservation changes will be evaluated based on availability, and if possible, date changes will be made.
