DELBAB HOTEL DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
This agreement is established electronically between the seller, whose details are provided below, and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”), under the following terms and conditions.

BUYER INFORMATION:
The information provided by the BUYER during the reservation process, including name, surname, address, phone number, and email, will be taken as the basis.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement has been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation concerning the hotel reservation made by the BUYER through the website www.delbabhotel.com or the call center of the SELLER.

ARTICLE 3 – RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. The BUYER completes the reservation through the website or call center.
3.2. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other available payment methods.
3.3. Once the SELLER confirms the BUYER’s reservation, a confirmation document containing the reservation details is sent to the email address provided by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 4 – CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CHANGE TERMS
4.1. If the BUYER requests a cancellation at least 7 days before the reservation date, the full payment will be refunded.
4.2. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the reservation date, the first-night fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
4.3. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the check-in date, no refund will be issued.
4.4. If the BUYER requests a change in the reservation, modifications will be made based on availability.

ARTICLE 5 – FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, government-imposed restrictions, and similar force majeure events, the obligations of the parties will be suspended.

ARTICLE 6 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts shall have jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 7 – ENFORCEMENT
The BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read and accepted this agreement by completing the reservation process.
